Since summer 2014 this unique student residence, situated directly at the Stöckacker railway station west of Berne, is ready for occupation. In collaboration with students from the University of Berne a residential complex was developed with fully furnished single studios and flatshares for two, three and four students. You'll see, dreams come true at this place! The entrances to the flats are located on a spacious arcade, which can be used as an attractive terrace especially in summer. So you meet very interesting people. Studio residents are part of a diverse community, sharing a furnished community room and a soundproof music room in the basement. A propos share: there are two bathrooms each in the flatshares for three and in the flatshares for four, so you have to share your bath with a maximum of one person.

Traffic location is excellent. By tram, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes and Westside in just 7 minutes. Europaplatz train station is also only a few minutes’ walk away. From there, the S-Bahn takes you to Bern main station in just 5 minutes. There are shelters for bikes and six parking lots for the residents. Don't worry about the noise! The bedrooms (16m²) are on the side away from traffic.

The flats are rented fully furnished, dishes are there as well and every two weeks clean linen is ready. If you have any problems or questions, don't hesitate to contact the managers, who live in the building. And what about WLAN? Of course there is WLAN!
