The residence at Untermattweg is inhabited by students only. A spacious and roofed arcade, which is used in summer as a common balcony, connects all flats. The architecture very smartly combines the different needs of the residents, privacy or company, under one roof. So don't blame us, if interesting discussions with your co-residents will keep you from learning…
Near the City Centre
5 minutes away by train
The Stöckacker railway station is just two steps away from your door. During the rush-hour trains and tramways leave every 6 minutes and it takes you not more than 5 minutes to the City Centre. Even by bike or by car you can easily reach Untermattweg.
Plenty of Space!
Community room
Expecting friends? You promised to look after your little cousins while your co-residents want to study? No problem at all! You may use the room for community activities. The community room is in the basement and invites you to relax. There is also a direct access to a common garden terrace.
Making Music
Practice and rehearsal room
The “Studentenresidenz” has a music room where you can practice and rehearse. So you are free to practice violin, piano or guitar… For you as a resident the use of the music room is free of charge, of course.
